Faceless TikTok
TikTok rewards a strong hook, a format people recognize and a lot of posting. Etchly makes each video for you, from script and narrator to illustrations, motion, captions and hashtags, so you can test ideas daily without filming.
Each one is a repeatable format you can turn into a series, with a new idea in every episode.
A narrative told across Part 1, 2 and 3. Viewers follow the account to see how it ends.
“5 creepiest…”, “3 things nobody tells you…”: quick, rewatchable lists.
One surprising fact per video, explained in under 30 seconds.
Pick a myth your niche believes and flip it in the first line.
How something works, in one minute, with a visual for every sentence.
A recurring illustrated character who reacts to a new situation each time.
Multi-part stories are one of the strongest faceless formats on TikTok, but only if Part 3 remembers Part 1. The series planner keeps a series bible and episode memory, so characters, places and cliffhangers stay consistent from part to part.

Faceless TikToks built on the same stock clips all look alike. Pick an illustration style, like etched engraving, watercolor or celestial line art, and save it as a preset. Every video then has the same signature look, which makes the account recognizable at a glance.
TikTok viewers follow formats. Decide what a typical video looks like before you post the first one.
Lead with the most interesting claim. Etchly's hooks library gives you openers to start from.
Batch-produce a week of videos, post daily and keep what works.
When one video takes off, make Part 2 straight away with the series planner.

Real Etchly credit costs for common posting schedules, next to what the same seconds of raw generative footage would cost.
| Posting schedule | Credits / month | Fits on | Etchly / month | Seedance 2.0 footage only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 video a day (30 s) | ~510 | Studio | $99 | $378–$612 |
| 1 video a day (65 s, for Creator Rewards) | ~870 | Studio + 2 credit packs | $177 | $819–$1,326 |
| 3 videos a week (45 s) | ~273 | Pro + 2 credit packs | $69 | $246–$398 |
Etchly credits assume every video is brand new: ideas, script and production with all-new illustrations. Reusing art across a series, or re-rendering, costs less. The Seedance column is footage only: one 1080p pass at typical third-party rates of $0.42–$0.68 per second (October 2026), with no script, voice, captions or rerolls. Prices change, so check the provider.
Many do, through TikTok's Creator Rewards Program, affiliate links, brand deals or by sending viewers to their own product. Widely reported requirements for Creator Rewards are being 18 or older, having at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days, and posting original videos longer than one minute. It's only available in some countries, so check the dashboard in the app.
TikTok also asks creators to label realistic AI-generated content. Clearly illustrated, animated videos are a different thing from realistic deepfakes, but read TikTok's current rules and label when they apply.
